They are pretty, the puppets, yes ... but they have things to say too! String and paper, shadow or girdle puppets, marottes, puppets and other giants of fair will be ... manip', from August 23 to 27, 2021, as guests "happiness" of the festival "Au Bonheur les Mômes". For its 29th edition, the European meeting place for young audiences will highlight this ancestral and universal theatrical art ... so hands up, and all to Grand-Bornand for the most tender festival of the summer!

Small revision of the 2019 figures
90,000 festival-goers expected in 6 days, that is 45 times the population of Grand-Bornand,
4000 artist solicitations for 75 retentions,
403 performances indoors, under a big top or outdoors,
330 people involved, including 280 volunteers and 50 professionals, 250 programmers in search of new talent
30 workshops, from 3 months to 12 years old, 18 special festival creations, 5 creations 2019, 5 French premieres

Conditions of participation of the companies in the Festival "Au Bonheur des Mômes" 2022 (the 2021 program is closed):
- sending (brochure, dvd/cd, tour calendar) before the month of March preceding the edition:
